Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Platform

Tuffan Service is a technology intermediary marketplace. We do not directly provide electrical, plumbing, transport, or appliance repair services. We connect Service Seekers with independent, pre-listed technicians in the Pokhara area. The actual service contract for any specific job is between you and the individual technician — Tuffan Service is not a party to that contract.

2. Eligibility

To use this Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, located in the Pokhara area, and capable of entering a legally binding contract under Nepal's Contract Act, 2056 (2000). By submitting the form you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Booking and What You Agree To

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide your real name and a valid Nepal mobile number. False information is a breach of these Terms.
• Consent to Contact: By submitting your phone number you consent to being contacted by the matched technician and by a Tuffan Service representative for booking confirmation.
• Service Inquiry Only: Form submission creates a service inquiry, not a guaranteed booking. Technician availability may change.
• Direct Arrangement: Price, scope of work, timing, and payment are agreed directly between you and the technician. Tuffan Service is not responsible for those terms.

4. Technicians on the Platform

All listed technicians are required under the Technician Service Agreement to: hold valid trade licences under Nepalese law, maintain professional conduct, and follow Safety First (सुरक्षा सर्वप्रथम) principles. Tuffan Service makes reasonable efforts to verify credentials but does not guarantee quality, workmanship, or outcome of any service.

5. Fees

As of the Effective Date, Tuffan Service charges no platform fee to Service Seekers. Technician service fees are agreed directly between you and the technician. We reserve the right to introduce fees in future with reasonable prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: submit false information; harass or abuse any technician; recruit technicians away from the Platform for private arrangements bypassing these Terms; use automated scraping tools; or interfere with Platform operations. Breaches may result in exclusion and legal action under the Electronic Transaction Act, 2063 (2006).

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
