4. Our Role as a Facilitator

Tuffan Service acts as a neutral connector — a facilitator and mediator — between customers and independent technicians. We are not a direct service provider, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a technician.

In the event of any incident, dispute, or legal issue arising from a service, Tuffan Service bears no liability for the actions or conduct of any technician. However, we will fully cooperate with affected parties and, where legally required, provide all technician information, booking records, and relevant data we hold to assist in any investigation or resolution.

In plain terms: if something goes wrong, we will give you everything we have to help resolve it.

5. Data Sharing

With Technicians: When you submit the booking form, your name, phone number, and service type are shared with the matched technician(s) so they can contact you. You consent to this by submitting the form.

For Legal Purposes: If required by a court order or lawful authority, we will disclose all relevant booking and technician data we hold.

Internal Only: Booking data is stored in a private internal system. It is not shared with advertisers or any commercial third party.

6. Data Retention

Booking submissions are retained for 1 year. Call and follow-up records for 6 months. After these periods, data is deleted.
